Some people find it really easy to say what is on their mind and in their heart but for others, they find it incredibly difficult and stressful. We use our devices nowadays to send messages to friends and family and we will use an emoji to indicate how we are feeling rather than saying the words ourselves. It is an unfortunate consequence of living in the digital world that we currently reside and it doesn’t bode well for our future communication skills. - For someone’s retirement day – Typically when someone retires here in Australia, they get given the gift of a watch or a clock which points to the time that they have spent there and the last thing any person needs is a reminder that this spent over three decades of their life stuck in one job. Giving someone the gift of flowers however, lets them know that you took the time to pick out flowers that they like and you wrote them a message as well in the little card.
- For any important anniversaries – There are a number of these that we like to celebrate throughout our lives and it could be someone’s wedding anniversary, and anniversary of when they first went there are business or an important milestone in their lives. Whatever the occasion, it seems perfectly appropriate to send flowers to let them know that you recognise their anniversary then you want to celebrate it with them.
- To let someone know that they are loved – We all want to be loved and of that there is absolutely no doubt. Sometimes we lead such busy lives doing our jobs and taking care of our kids that we forget about the other important people in our lives like our wives, husbands and best friends. What better way to tell someone that they are truly loved and that they are in your thoughts every single day then sending them some beautiful flowers.
